Really happy to promote this book written by a friend at college. Body image is such a big deal and we can not deny this. No matter how secure we are that our status is in Christ and we are loved by God and perfect in his sight because of what Jesus has done for us, we would not be human if we didn't have hang-ups, even if they are slight, about what we look like. In the five week course that I designed with friends for mothers assessing their spirituality and finding God in their new life pattern, one session was about body image. We would have liked to have read Sheila's book before that session got planned, but we will not have to wait too much longer. It is out soon and you can order it here.
